Sweet Dreams — Chameleon Roast — Decaffeinated Organic Fairtrade Specialty Coffee

Mildly roasted—suitable for both espresso and filter brewing—this decaffeinated coffee unfolds a balanced aroma of blackberries and fine cane sugar. Made from 100% Arabica, hand-roasted in small batches, no more than four weeks before shipping. The beans undergo a particularly gentle "washing" process and the indirect-solvent decaffeination process—for the best flavor, completely caffeine-free.

This single-farm coffee comes from the highlands of Peru, where it grows under optimal conditions at an altitude of around 1,450 meters. The Arabica beans are hand-harvested there and come from certified organic and fair-trade cultivation. As a true specialty coffee, it's not only outstanding in taste but also socially responsible: Fairly traded and proudly co-owned by the farmer.
